Rental Electrical Safety check
Victoria’s new rental laws came into effect on 29 March 2021. Rental providers must ensure an electrical safety check of all electrical installations and fittings in the premises is conducted every two years by a licensed electrician.
If requested, they must also provide the renter with the date of the most recent safety check, in writing. We provide these checks.
Entire house rewires
A lot of older homes in Victoria were wired with cotton sheath or black VIR cable, these coupled with old switchboards are prone to fires and faults, we provide full house rewires pulling out all the old cabling and switchboards and completely rewiring to current Australian standards, with modern tps cabling and RCD protection.
