May I say, from the first initial contact through this app, Ben from BPR Electrical was so engaging, very professional, and ensured to asked the right questions to ensure what service I required. He came to my apartment at the time I requested (and on time), with all the correct parts to correctly install my washing machine (as I had just moved home and wanted to ensure a high quality job was completed). He was very engaging, welcoming and very professional on site. He has provided me with sound reassurances that my washing machine would not leak.
